This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 30.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.125 of 2016 in O.S.No.53 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Cheepurupalli. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
