CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari: call for the records relating to C.C.No.34 of 2009 dated 10.08.2010 on the file of A.P. State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission at Hyderabad and quash the same as illegal".

At the hearing, Mr.Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions, submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of, with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedies for replacing of Mr.M.V.Durga Prasad, who was appointed as Arbitrator and who has not acted as such.

In the light of above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of without adjudicating the same on merits, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
