In 2014, initially, this Court has granted interim stay on 21.04.2014 in O.S. No.378 of 2004 on the file of III-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel, of course, fairly admit that even the Presiding Officer would have been changed, and, therefore, nothing survives in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
