O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the petitioner's husband, Sistala V.Bala Subramanya Sastry.

The learned Special Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General, State of Andhra Pradesh, brought it to our notice on 10.08.2016 that the petitioner's husband was not subjected to any detention by the police authorities and that he is moving around freely. However, as there was no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel, the matter was adjourned. Today, yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
