Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents. 2.

The petitioners' grievance is that they have applied to the 4th respondent in Form VI(A) on 19.07.2014 prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds and also for mutation of their names in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land, but the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioners' application in accordance with law within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioners' application in accordance with law within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
