Ms. Preeti Pawar, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in the light of W.P.No.15488 of 2019 with liberty to raise all the grounds raised in this writ petition in W.P.No.15488 of 2019. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all the objections raised in this writ petition in W.P.No.15488 of 2019. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
