Petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation on 03.01.2018 to the 2nd respondent to regularize his services in the cadre of Driver and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said representation.

Sri S.V.Ramana, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
