Recording the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the respondents and not disputed by the petitioner's counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is open for the parties to work out their remedies under law, if so advised. Interim order granted earlier by this Court in the case stands vacated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending are also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
