Mr.M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1State basing upon the instructions furnished by the concerned Officer submitted that during the pendency of this application, the Investigating Officer after conducting investigation filed a charge sheet before the competent Court, and the same was numbered as C.C.No.802 of 2021, wherein the petitioner admitted his guilt. Basing on the same, the C.C. was disposed of.

In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under law if so aggrieved.
