THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9175 of 2019 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue Writ, order or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in not considering the applications of the petitioners submitted along with J-forms dt:3.7.2018; 4.7.2018 and 5.7.2018 for admission as members into respondent No. 5 i.e., the Fishermen Cooperative Society, Suryapet, Suryapet District despite representations dt:27.8.2018; 1.9.2018 and 23.2.2019 submitted to the respondent nos 2 and 4 and representation dt 11.2.2019 submitted to respondent No. 3 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the applications filed by the petitioners for admission as Members into respondent No. 5 Society by following due process of law...."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 25.04.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8436 of 2019.

Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "There being no dispute that G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 09.01.2017, authorises respondent No.2 to discharge the functions of the Registrar with respect to the Fishermen Cooperative Society, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 02.03.2019, and take necessary steps within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondent

No.4-District Fisheries Officer/Assistant Director of Fisheries, Suryapet to consider the representations of the petitioners and take necessary steps within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
