This application is filed seeking relaxation of conditions imposed in order dated 14,03.2018 in crl.P.No.2827 ot 2OL8. Heard both sides. Perused the record.
In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed, Under these circumstances, the condition imposed with regard to the attendance before the Station House Officer concerned is relaxed. Other conditions imposed in the said order remain tunaltered.
