THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.3710 and 4968 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in these two revision petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.

C.R.P.Nos.3710 and 4968 of 2016, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed by the wife and husband (petitioners in both petitions) assailing the order, dated 24.06.2016, passed in I.A No.54 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.1572 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the aforesaid O.P. as expeditiously as possible. Both the counsel also agreed to continue the order passed by the trial Court till disposal of the main F.C.O.P. This Court examined the child in the chambers on 23.08.2018.

In view of submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Family Court Judge-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally at Miyaur, is hereby directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.1572 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If parties to the proceedings fail to cooperate, the trial Court is at liberty to dispose of the matter in

accordance with law. Till disposal of the main case, order, dated 24.05.2016 passed in I.A No.54 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.1572 of 2015 will be in force. However, learned counsel for the petitioner in C.R.P.No.3710 of 2016 seeks permission of the Court for visit of a child to Coimbatore on 15.09.2018 and 16.09.2018. Permission as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is accorded. 6.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in these two revision petitions shall stand closed.
