HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9329 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed WP No.35252 of 2016 on 21.08.2017.

Though notice is served on the respondents, 1 and 2, there is no appearance.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 21.08.2017 in WP No.35252 of 2016, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to give all the certificates due to the petitioner pursuant to his passing B.Tech (Civil) in 2018, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall approach 1st respondent for taking the certificates.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
