THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.996 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining non compliance and disobedience of the orders dated 22.01.2016 passed in WVMP No.1950 of 2015 in WPMP No.9307 of 2008 in W.P.No.7088 of 2008.

In the counter filed by the sole respondent herein/21st respondent, it is stated that the order dated 22.01.2016 is complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after the contempt case is filed, the constructions were stopped though constructions were made earlier in violation and in disobedience of the orders of this Court. However, he would also submit that in the facts and circumstances stated in the counter, he has no objection to close the contempt case reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case in case of future violations. 4.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed reserving liberty to the petitioners as desired. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall stand closed.
