School Education Subordinate Service Rules issued vide G.O. Ms. No.12, School Education Department, dt. 23-01-2009, Rule 5 (b), 6 (i) and 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules'1996 and G.O. Ms. No.67, Education Department, dt. 20-11-2010 and in violation of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently hold that the applicants are entitled for promotion to the post of

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption, 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, either in the forenoon or afternoon sessions. It can, thus, be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case any further.
