THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8422 and 8423 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.7958 of 2017 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioner/ Accused/ A.2 in C.C.No.336 of 2015 on the file of the XVI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.67 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.353 and 323 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondent, have present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and they sought permission vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8422 and 8423 of 2017 to compound the offences by recording the compromise and therefrom quash the proceedings against the petitioners.

Heard both the parties and perused the record. In view of the compromise between the parties, they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8422 and 8423 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.336 of 2015 on the file of the XVI Addl.Chief Metropolitan magistrate at Hyderabad, against the petitioner/ Accused and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
