HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3710 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 20.03.2016 issued by the 4th respondent. Heard both sides.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. As such, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
