In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, petitioner/complainant seeks to withdraw the proceedings in C.C.No. 2312 of 2009 from the file of the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malakjgiri, Secunderabad. registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 408 IPC, 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 18.12..2018 of SubInspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad and submitted that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 20.7.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to transfer the proceedings in C.C.No.2312 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
