O R D E R
The petitioner has been working as Deputy General Manager in the respondent - Bank. Alleging certain irregularities, he was placed under suspension by the proceedings of the 4th respondent - Chief Executive Officer dated 27.1.2017. Vide proceedings in HRD/F.No.717/B.13/2017 dated 28.6.2017, the 4th respondent appointed the Inquiry Officer and he issued notice dated 14.7.2017, requiring the petitioner to attend the inquiry with relevant documents. Challenging the proceedings dated 28.6.2017, the present writ petition came to be filed.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 28.3.2017, requesting the 4th respondent to supply certain documents and the writ petition may be disposed of directing the said authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and supply the required documents.
In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 4th respondent - Chief Executive Officer, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.3.2017 in accordance with rules and furnish the relevant documents to the petitioner, if not already furnished. It goes without saying that enquiry will be proceeded after supplying relevant documents.
No order as to costs.
