The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.146 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated that the 1st petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and petitioners Nos.2 and 3 are also the owners of the vehicles involved in the above crime. Their vehicles were seized in the above crime on the ground of illegal transportation of sand. The petitioners never involved in any illegal transportation of sand in their vehicles. 4.

The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.
