The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the Respondents 1 and 2 in selecting Respondent No.3 as LPG Dealer for Holagunda village of Kurnool district.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 1 and 2. 3.
According to the learned counsel for petitioner, without giving any priority to the local candidate i.e. petitioner herein, the Respondents 1 and 2 have appointed Respondent No.3 as LPG Dealer. It is further submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 2.2.2018 highlighting the said aspect, but no action has been taken.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel Sri B.Mayur Reddy that the representation of the petitioner dated 2.2.2018 has been referred to the Grievance Committee and the same is pending consideration.

In view of the above and as the matter is pending before the Grievance Committee, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Grievance Committee of Respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 2.2.2018 within a period of four weeks from today after hearing all the stakeholders.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
