This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of respondents in issuing Pattadar Pass Book to the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.20 guntas in Survey No.966/ B, situated at Gangadhar Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner inherited the land admeasuring Acs.2.20 guntas in Gangadhar Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, from his father and she was issued Pattadar Pass Book long ago. In the year 2010-11, without any intimation to the petitioner, the authorities concerned have deleted name of the petitioner in the revenue records.

Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation, dated 07.03.2019, to the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Gangadhar Mandal, Karimnagar District, to issue Pattadar Pass Book in her name. The authorities concerned have not acted upon the said representation yet.

There is no dispute or denial by the respondents with regard to the submission of representation, dated 07.03.2019, by the petitioner. The petitioner has filed copies of Pattadar

Pass Book and the representation, dated 07.03.2019. Under these circumstances, a direction can be given to the respondents to dispose of the said representation.

Accordingly, the respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Gangadhar Mandal, Karimnagar District, is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 07.03.2019, submitted by the petitioner, in terms of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
