This writ is filed to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in processing the applications of the petitioners dated 26-03-2016 seeking admission as members into the Fishermen Cooperative Society, Komatlagudem Village, Chintakani Mandal as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the said applications.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries on instructions stated that the applications of the petitioners have been rejected on 31-03-2016. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 31-03-2016 according to law.
