In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint given by the villagers alleging that he encroached the premises of the old Gram Panchayat Office and made constructions and dug a bore well, respondent No.4-Panchayat Secretary, Sunkli Village & Gram Panchayat, Bhainsa Mandal, Nirmal District, Telangana State issued him a notice, 18.04.2019. He asserts that he submitted his explanation to the above said notice. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing that without considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner and without there being proper resolution, no further action shall be taken by respondent No.4.
