This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family without there being any FIR registered against them as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondents to refrain from harassing innocent public on false and vexatious complaints ...:"

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has placed on record the written instructions dated 09.04.2014 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Neredmet Police Station and stated that as of now, no criminal case was registered against the petitioner and the police are not interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner. In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
