THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Civil Revision Petition No.345 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is preferred against the order passed by the XX Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.340 of 2015 in O.S.No.437 of 2013 dated 14.09.2015, dismissing the application filed by him in I.A.No.340 of 2015.

I.A.No.340 of 2015 was filed under Section 151 CPC to recall PW.1 and to cross-examine him. By the order under revision, the Court below dismissed I.A.No.340 of 2015 in view of the order passed in I.A.No.341 of 2015. As C.R.P.No.351 of 2016, preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.341 of 2015, has been dismissed by this Court today i.e 08.07.2016, this Civil Revision Petition must also be, and is accordingly, dismissed following the order passed in C.R.P.No.351 of 2016 dated 08.07.2016. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J.
