T Chendra Reddy v. The State Of Telangana

HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.2890 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners who are accused 1 to 16 in C.C.No.427 of 2016 on the file of learned III Additional Judl. Magistrate of First class, Warangal, outcome of Crime No.131 of 2011 registered by Warangal Urban Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 147 and 427 read with 149 IPC and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant along with their respective counsels are present. They stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and filed petitions I.A.Nos.1 and 2 seeking permission to compromise the matter and compound the offences and therefrom to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. In view of the compromise between the parties, the offences are compounded.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed and consequently the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.427 of 2016 on the file of learned III Additional Judl.Magistrate of First class, Warangal. The petitioners/accused are acquitted and their bail bonds stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
