This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner's case for transferring him to nearby place of Nizampally, Regonda Mandal, Jai Shankar Bhupalpally, Warangal District, and not disposing of the representation/appeal, dated 16-08-2018 by the respondents, while considering similarly placed persons, and transferring him to MPPS Kokya Thanda, Narsimhulapet, Mahaboobbabad District, as arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional. 3.

Heard Sri A.V.V.S. Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner contends that he is working as Secondary Grade Teacher in MPPS, Kokya Thanda. While he was working in Nizampally, Regonda Mandal, and after completing eight years service there, he made a representation to the respondents requesting to transfer him to nearby place of Nizampally, Regonda Mandal, but the respondents without giving an opportunity to attend transfer counseling and without properly considering his case, transferred to Kokya Thanda which is 130 km away from Nizampally. Aggrieved by the same, he preferred statutory appeal/representation to the

AKS,J W.P.No.9405 of 2019 respondents on 16-08-2018 but so far, the respondents have not passed any orders thereon. Hence, the Writ Petition. 5.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation/appeal, dated 16-08-2018 preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
