This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2014 & 03.03.2015, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to lay road over petitioner's open land in Survey No.242, admeasuring 232 sq. ys., situated beside H.No.18-7-850/1, Opp:Saraswathi Academic School, Outside Gowlipura, Jankidas Matt, Hyderabad.

The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to lay road on the petitioner's open land in Sy.No.242, admeasuring 232 Sq. ys., situated beside H.No.d18-7-850/1, Opp:Saraswathi Academic School, Outside Gowlipura, Jankidas Matt, Hyderabad, which was purchased by the petitioner's fatherin-law in the year 1958 under a registered sale deed. Thereafter, petitioner made representations on 14.08.2014 and also on 03.02.2015, but without considering the said representations and without issuing any notice the respondents are trying to lay road. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.Damodar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent- Corporation. Since representations of the petitioner are pending before the respondents, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.08.2014 and 03.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders. Till disposal of the

above said representations, Status Quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
