HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 9227 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.6 in not registering a crime having received the complaint from the petitioner on 09.03.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 20.06.2019 furnished by the Asst.Sub Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint on 09.03.2019 stating that the accused persons criminally trespassed into their house and attacked her and her husband, threatened them with dire consequences regarding property issue.

On receipt of above complaint, GD entry was made and the Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar informed him to produce necessary documents in support of his complaint, but the petitioner inspite of several reminders did not produce any documents in support of his complaint.

That on 19.06.2019 the petitioner came to police station along with the related documents to his complaint. As there was a long delay, the Station House Officer after taking fresh complaint from the petitioner on 19.06.2019, registered a case in Crime No.666/2019, under Section 448, 506, r/w 34 IPC of L.B.Nagar Police Station on 19.06.2019."

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, by placing on record the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if petitioner still has any grievance, it is open for her to avail remedies as may be available to her under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
