THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2684 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 16-02-2016 in I.A.No.1015 of 2015 in O.S.No.82 of 2015 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy. 2.

At the time of arguments, both counsel with one voice submitted that the trial Court may be directed to frame an issue with regard to payment of Court fee.

3. In view of submission made by both counsel, I am not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the order, dated 16-02-2016 in I.A.No.1015 of 2015 in O.S.No.82 of 2015. The trial Court is hereby directed to frame an issue with regard to payment of Court fee. However, the respondent herein is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to payment of Court fee.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
