OFFICE NOTE 08.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 These two applications are filed to post the matter under the caption 'for being mention' and to modify the order, dated 31.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.4154 of 2026 by correcting the Section of law from 118 (1) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) to Section 108 of the Bharatiyia Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) respectively.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these two applications are ordered, as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary modifications and thereafter issue copy of order, dated 31.03.2026, in Crl.P.No.4154 of 2026 afresh.
