THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7710 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not considering the petitioners' application in Prajavani dated 20.03.2017 filed before the second respondent for incorporating their names in the revenue records in respect of the land in Survey No.119/15, 19 in an extent of Acs.10.00 situated at Jeedipally Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District.

This Court noticed that the petitioners merely filed the application for incorporating their names in the revenue records. But, they did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioners want incorporation of their names in the revenue records, they have to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioners. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
