ORAL ORDER:

Petitioners were aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not issuing hall tickets for written examination scheduled on 28.6.2015. This Court by order dated 25.6.2015 in WPMP No. 24538 of 2015 directed the respondents to issue hall tickets to the petitioners, if they submitted all the relevant documents, demand draft and fulfilled all the conditions as per notification.

As per the proceedings dated 1.8.2016 of the General Manager (Personnel), petitioners candidature was not considered as they have not paid the requisite fee within stipulated time and not enclosed the demand draft along with other requisite documents with the application as notified for the post. In view of the fact that the petitioners entitlement was considered and for the reasons assigned to individual petitioners, they were not granted admission to write the written examination, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. ______________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE:16.2.2017 TVK
