THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13349 of 2022 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that his online application vide receipt No.1500092, dated 18.01.2021 requesting for mutation of his name and issuance of new Pass Book in respect of land admeasuring Acs.5-00 gts., in Sy.No.283/40, situated at Narsampally Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, is not being considered by the respondents.

The petitioner claims to have purchased the subject land under a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.1634/2020, dated 18.03.2020 and that the vendor of the petitioner C. Suryanarayana Rao was holding manual Pattadar Pass Book bearing No.T08190220268, vide Khata No.523. In spite of the petitioner approaching respondent No.3 several times for mutation of his name and issuance of new Pattadar Pass Book in respect of the subject land, there is no progress in the application submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to act upon online application vide receipt No.1500092, dated 18.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of his name and issuance of new Pattadar Pass Book in his favour by issuing notice to all the concerned/interested persons in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
