...RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of the Sth Respondent, in issuing the impugned order, vide Ref. No. APA/ALP/W2Bl 202012763, dated 8-01-2020, declaring that the 2nd petitioner is unfit for employment, on the ground that he is suffering with Kidney and Agenesis, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the final orders made in W.P.
