THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.3017 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Revision Case is preferred by petitioner against the order dated 04-09-2015 in M.C.No.244 of 2011 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHBBCcum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, TS, wherein and whereby the learned Family Court allowed the petition in part filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein invoking the provisions under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and directed the petitioner herein to pay Rs.8,000/- to Respondent No.1 herein and Rs.4,000/- each to respondent Nos.2 and 3 towards their monthly maintenance.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner herein is directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- per month in total to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 towards maintenance on or before 10th of every succeeding month. The arrears of maintenance, if any, shall be paid at the same rate in six equal instalments from the month of March, 2016. Rest of the order of

the trial Court stands confirmed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
