HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.348 of 2015 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 21.11.2014 in M.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayadurg, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ respondent. 2.

In the course of hearing, it is revealed that the 1st respondent/ wife herein also filed Crl.R.C.No.49 of 2015 against the self same impugned order.

Having regard to the above, this Court by exercising the inherent power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and also under Sections 407 to 409 Cr.P.C., transfers this Criminal Revision Case to the file of the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anantapur, for cause re-numbered through the Sessions Judge and decide along with Crl.R.C.No.49 of 2015, on merits. Needless to say, for deciding the revisions, personal appearance of the parties need not be insisted, if they are representing through advocates.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 5.
