O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 to give police protection to the petitioner in aid of order in I.A.No. 317 of 2015 in OS.No. 145 of 2015 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy district in respect of agricultural land bearing survey No. 11/A to an extent of Ac:1-36 guntas and survey No.66/A to an extent of Acs:2-04 guntas situated at Sampanbol village, Shamirpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
