THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7554 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary from 2nd respondent for the period 01.03.2013 to 07.09.2014, that petitioner had given a representation dt.13.11.2017 to 3rd respondent seeking said arrears of salary from 2nd respondent, and that the 3rd respondent had not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dt.13.11.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
