The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "........to issue a writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing and finalizing the Tenders by Tender Notification bearing No.C2/122(1)/2012, dated 30.04.2012 taking into consideration of the old minimum wages contrary to the Gazette Notification No.170 of LET & F Department, dated 19.03.2012 and also the circular issued by the Respondent No.1, vide P.D.No.17/2012, dated 27.06.2012 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass such other or further orders....."
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that the case underwent as many as thirteen adjournments of which on five occasions, the case was adjourned due to
non-representation. The absence of the petitioner's counsel even today discloses that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the cause in the writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.29600 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 18th June, 2015 GHN
