No representation for the petitioner-accused No.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XVII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.255 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
