THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1433 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision is filed assailing the order dated 01.03.2017 in E.P.No.140 of 2015 in O.S.No.217 of 2009 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between both the parties at the instance of elders and a compromise memo, which was signed by both the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed. They requested to dispose of this revision petition in view of the said compromise memo.

In view of the same, the compromise memo is taken on file and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
