THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.7676 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings Roc.L.Dis18543/2003-M2, dated 14.11.2003 issued by the 2nd respondent and the consequential order passed vide Roc.No.7551/03/E1, dated 09.03.2004 issued by the 3rd respondent and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and further direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as NMR in Tirupathi Municipality as per the Award of the Labour Court, Anantapur made in ID.92/1998 dated 05.06.2003 and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this petition as the petitioner is no more.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
