Sri V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, addressed a letter to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the revision petition on the ground that he had instructions from the revision petitioner to that effect.

In view of the letter addressed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Civil Revision Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
