THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15628 of 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to process L.S XI & Escalation bill in terms of the conditions covered by the Agreement No.51/ SE/ HCII/ 2002 dated 25.02.2002 and pay the amounts to the petitioner forthwith for the work done in relation to the said contract and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2.

This Court, by order dated 11.09.2017, appointed the Hon'ble Sri Justice B.Seshasayana Reddy, a retired Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator to decide the dispute involved in the present writ petition. Accordingly, on 14.12.2017 the Arbitrator passed an award for Rs.18,92,738/ - to be paid by the respondents-Telangana Housing Board to the claimant-petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from that day with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of award till the date of realisation.

In pursuance of the said award, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. However, it is left

MGR, J W.P.No.15628 of 2005 open to the writ petitioner to agitate his grievance, if any, as per law before the appropriate Forum.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
