HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33131 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have made online applications in Form VI-A through Mee-seva to the 4th respondent for mutation and for issuance of Pattadar Pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-07 guntas in Sy.No.849/B and Ac.0-32 guntas in Sy.No. 852/N situated at Gangadhara Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District.

Subsequently, as no action has been taken, the petitioners approached the District Collector, who directed the 4th respondent vide Letter No.D/0214/2014 dated 11.02.2014 to conduct detailed enquiry and take appropriate action as per rules and also directed to submit a report. Inspite of the same, the 4th respondent failed to conduct enquiry on the applications of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have purchased the subject lands through registered sale deeds from their vendors and therefore, the 4th respondent is bound to take action on the applications made by the petitioners for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, since it is stated that the applications made by the petitioners are pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose

of the same in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners as well as the 5th respondent and other affected parties and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-09-2016 Note:
