HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 11006 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned proceedings dated 08.05.2003 directing respondent No.1 to dispense with the services of the employees made after 1994 in the Societies as illegal and arbitrary.

It is noticed that this Court while admitting the writ petition on 16.06.2003, granted status-quo in WPMP No.13750 of 2003.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the above interim directions, no further order are necessary in the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for respondents did not oppose the same.

This Court, having considered the above submissions, is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

AKS, J WP_11006_2003 Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
