Petitioner was initially appointed as Record Assistant against the aided post in Singareni Collieries High School and subsequently promoted as Clerk-cum-Typist against an unaided post. On 08.12.2010, petitioner submitted her representation to the Secretary, Singareni Collieries, Educational Society, Kothagudem, praying to absorb the petitioner against grant-in-aid post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) w.e.f. 16.10.2001. Since the claim of the petitioner was for absorption against the aided post, the Secretary/Correspondent forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the District Educational Officer, Khammam District, Khammam. 2.

Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of the Court that the District Educational Officer, Khammam, passed orders on 01.06.2011, rejecting the request of the petitioner for absorption against the aided post. The said order is enclosed to the counteraffidavit. 3.

Since the prayer sought in the writ petition was to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2010 and already decision was taken, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedies, if so advised, against the order rejecting the request for grant of appointment against aided post.
