Today when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the petitioner that the proceedings in C.C.No.540 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, ended in acquittal of the accused and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Calendar Case. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
